Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on February 24, 2023, found that Tahara Health, Inc. had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 1, 2022.
